Thank-you from my heart;

For me the last few years has been a series of weight gains and losses.  Not long ago, afraid to go near a scale, I was the heaviest I had been in recent years.  I was heading for uncharted territory and it was time to come up with a strategy.

Looking for a way to break into a new routine, I had to come up with a way to get my weight under control, or risk losing the battle forever. I got the break I needed when I discovered Elite Medspa.

It was now time to break the cycle of yo-yo dieting. This would not be a quick-fix, but a carefully executed plan. This is a lifestyle, and best of all, one that I can live with.

The initial meal plan quickly melted off just enough weight to get me truly motivated.  I went regularly for my weigh-in and B12 injections. At each visit I was measured, weighed and left feeling motivated and uplifted. Dr. Youmans and her staff were there every step of the way, positive and supportive, with milestone's celebrated!

I am now down to a normal healthy weight and plan to stay this way. Words can not say enough to you and your staff.  Thank-you!, you gave me back ME!!!
