A day before your cooking class, lets chat.  I want to know what you like to eat, where you eat, where you shop and how often you cook at home.  Is there a dish that you've always wanted to learn how to make?  Good, I'll show you, if it's healthy of course.  Do you have a dish that you love to eat all the time?  Let's make it healthier so you can still enjoy it.  My goal is to show you how to eat your favorite foods, show you the best ingredients to buy in your favor store and teach you to cook in your kitchen with the tools you have.  Cooking right and eating right needs to fit your lifestyle, if we make it easy, you'll enjoy it and won't give up on it.  After your body starts to detox and you begin losing weight, you'll feel so good, you'll be teaching classes of your own!
